About Lucy

Hi! I’m Lucy, a senior at the University of South Carolina majoring in Biological Sciences. While my academic focus is rooted in science, art has always been a steady passion in the background of my life. This semester, I decided to dive deeper into that passion by taking drawing and sculpture courses, which has helped me grow both technically and creatively.

I work with a wide range of mediums, including graphite, pen, charcoal, watercolor, acrylic paint, and various sculptural materials such as paper, wood, and wire. I enjoy creating pieces that are structural, clean, and meaningful, art that feels both intentional and inspiring. Whether I’m sketching fine details or building something three-dimensional, I love exploring form, balance, and the way ideas take shape through different materials.

After graduating in May 2026, I hope to pursue a career in the medical or pharmaceutical sales field, but art will always remain an important part of who I am. This gallery is my way of sharing that creative side, showing the work that reflects my interests, my style, and the joy I find in making things by hand. I hope you enjoy exploring my pieces as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them.
